Division Winner

Philadelphia - 11-6

2024 Power Rank: 3rd     2023 DVOA:  14th     2024 Schedule: 9th

The Eagles top o-line needs 3rd year G Jurgens to fill big shoes of C Kelce so that Barkley has lanes. We think Saquon will flourish as we bet him 30-1 for OPOY. Receivers are quality but Hurts must re-find 2022 form & new OC Moore might be the one to fix him. The d-line relies on former Georgia players Carter, Davis & Dean to fill the gap left by DT Cox. CB's Bradberry & Slay must rebound from off years & will get help from the return of S Gardiner-Johnson who will mentor the secondary draft haul of studs CB Mitchell & S DeJean. Top DC Fangio should return Philly to top defensive status. Super Bowl bound.

2nd Place Finish

Dallas - 9-8

2024 Power Rank: 16th    2023 DVOA: 4th    2024 Schedule: 22nd

We think Dallas will regress after losing several starters in free agency with no major signings. After three 12-win seasons Coach McCarthy wants to run the ball more. Maybe he hasn't noticed it's a passing league now. The Cowboys have cap problems with Prescott, Lamb and Parsons on deck for increases. Nine wins seems reasonable given their reduced talent level. We have lots of bets on the Eagles including the division.

3rd Place Finish

Washington 6-11

2024 Power Rank: 26th     2023 DVOA:  31st     2024 Schedule: 13th

New Coach Quinn & QB Daniels & ownership bring promise for new ownership as does a veteran free agent haul including LB Wager, DE Fowler, C Biadasz, TE Ertz & RB Ekeler. Their DVOA rank of 31st says they needed it. There are other solid defensive players but their o-line is a major question. The offseason changes/upgrades are refreshing for a team in a long stretch of disarray. Look for a pop in 2025, not 2024.

4th Place Finish

New York - 6-11

2024 Power Rank: 27th     2023 DVOA:  30th     2024 Schedule: 20th

The Giants need to get their 32nd ranked o-line in gear. Signing Guards Eluemunor & Runyan didn't impress PFF who ranks the group 29th though their o-line salary is 10th. QB Jones will struggle without line improvement. Rookie Nabors leads a group of good young receivers albeit ranked low by experts. Burns, Thibodeaux, Lawrence, Okereke & Banks are solid pieces on D but the secondary is young and lacks depth. Looks like a long term rebuild here.
